How It Works

Automatic Import

Once connected, The Drive AI monitors your inbox for new attachments:
  1. New email arrives with an attachment
  2. The Drive AI detects the attachment
  3. Attachment is imported to your workspace
  4. AI organizes the file into the appropriate folder
All of this happens automatically—you don’t need to do anything.

What Gets Imported

By default, The Drive AI imports common document types:
  • Documents: PDF, DOCX, DOC, TXT
  • Spreadsheets: XLSX, XLS, CSV
  • Presentations: PPTX, PPT
  • Images: PNG, JPG, JPEG (Premium)
You can customize which file types to import in your settings.

Organization

Imported attachments are organized based on:
FactorExample
SenderFiles from “[email protected]” → Client folder
ContentInvoice detected → Invoices folder
Subject”Q4 Report” → Reports folder
DateOrganized by month or quarter
